TWITTER WITH PHOTO-SHARING TOOL

Here is a happy news for all Twitter lovers. Twitter which launched its photo-sharing tool on June has made the tool available to all its users by this week.

Twitter is an online social networking and microblogging service that enables its users to send and read text-based posts of up to 140 characters, informally known as "tweets."Now it brings out its new feature of photo sharing which allows its users to upload images easily.

When a user clicks in the "What's Happening?" box, a camera icon now appears at the bottom. The user can click it to add an image to the tweet. Twitter's photo-sharing is powered by Photobucket, which will host all uploaded images.

Photos size can be upto 3MB and the amount of text varies according to the size of the image. The company also plans to add galleries to its photo feature, letting users view every photo someone has taken in one place.
The photo feature isn't yet available for mobile users. It is expected to arrive on smartphones in the fall, when Apple is expected to roll out its new operating system for mobile devices.
